About The Author

James Reid was born in Durban, South Africa on June 7th, 2001, and grew up in the city of Johannesburg, South Africa. After moving to the United States in early 2007, James began his schooling at Wakefield late in the Spring. Since then, James has been an eager member of the Wakefield community.

James' interests include, playing and finding different types of music, cooking, playing sports such as golf, squash, and lacrosse, as well as playing video games with friends. He has competed on many Wakefield sports teams including soccer, squash, and lacrosse teams, and has engaged in multiple school activities offered throughout his time at Wakefield.

James found an interest in the Israeli-Arab conflict because of his passion for the Christian faith. He was attracted by the deep-seated nature of the issue and how it is directly related to the hostility between Jewish and Islamic faiths told of in the Bible. James thoroughly enjoyed diving deep into the history of the Israeli-Arab conflict and greatly appreciated the ability to give his opinion on the matter.
